Healthcare evolution starts with connected information.
OPERA builds the digital infrastructure that connects a patient's clinical data, wherever it lives, and puts it in the clinician's hands.
We want to build an accessible memory and a shared experience.

The platform, in brief
- Integrates
- It is designed to bring into one common schema the clinical data now scattered across hospital records, laboratory, imaging, reports and devices.
- Assists
- Predictive modules are planned on that data, to work alongside the clinician: the system suggests, the physician assesses and decides.
- Supports research
- The same data, structured and harmonized, is also meant for analysis and clinical research.
Our projects
The OPERA platform is designed to adapt to different clinical verticals. These are the first areas we are working on.
Systemic Sclerosis
OPERA-SSc
Systemic sclerosis and rare diseases require longitudinal, multicentric, and harmonized data. OPERA-SSc is designed to support data collection and analysis across the patient's journey.
Organ Transplant
OPERA-LIFE
Organ transplantation is an information-intensive pathway: donor, organ, and recipient data are often spread across different systems. OPERA-LIFE is designed to bring them together in a structured database.
Our services
Alongside the platform, we work in three areas.
- Engineering
- Software development, architecture and software design.
- Training
- Training courses on AI.
- Business support
- Management of projects in the medical field, project management and support in writing funding applications.
Security, privacy and responsibility
Health data calls for particular care: we design every tool to protect it and so that the clinician is always the one who decides.
