Work with us

We build healthcare software together with the people who practise healthcare every day.

We would like to hear from people with a technical or clinical background who want to work in digital health: those who design and develop software, those who work with data, those who know clinical practice from the inside and want to bring it into the design of the tools.

Why OPERA

The way we work follows from the principles we build the platform on.

  • Real clinical problems

We work on the fragmentation of clinical data in concrete areas: systemic sclerosis with OPERA-SSc, organ transplantation with OPERA-LIFE. Every feature starts from a need of medical practice, not from the technology.

  • The clinician at the center

The software we build supports the healthcare professional, it does not replace them. We design it together with clinicians, and every suggestion the system makes can be verified by the person who decides.

  • Rigour with data

Health data is among the most sensitive. Privacy by design, role-based access and traceability of every operation are design requirements, not checks added at the end.

  • A regulated field

Where software touches clinical decisions, we take the regulatory pathway into account from the design stage: validation comes before clinical use. The architecture looks to open standards such as OMOP.
